  而且在(zai)(zai)多(duo)芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)并(bing)(bing)(bing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)過程中(zhong)也(ye)存在(zai)(zai)一(yi)些(xie)問題(ti),鎧狀(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)并(bing)(bing)(bing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)要將每(mei)根(gen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)線(xian)芯(xin)A,B,C三相(xiang)錯開對(dui)應并(bing)(bing)(bing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)使用(yong)(yong)(yong),不(bu)(bu)能(neng)將鎧狀(zhuang)多(duo)芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)所有(you)線(xian)新并(bing)(bing)(bing)接(jie)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)相(xiang)上(shang)當單(dan)芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)使用(yong)(yong)(yong),如(ru)果這(zhe)樣做(zuo)(zuo),會(hui)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鎧狀(zhuang)鋼帶中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)渦(wo)流(liu)(liu)效(xiao)應,造成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)熱,產(chan)生(sheng)熱擊穿故障。這(zhe)雖然是一(yi)個很簡單(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學原理,但在(zai)(zai)筆者多(duo)次走訪用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過程中(zhong)有(you)時還是有(you)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶提出(chu)類似的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)和(he)做(zuo)(zuo)法(fa)。在(zai)(zai)三相(xiang)四線(xian)制不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)照明負(fu)載(zai)中(zhong),我們負(fu)載(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian)和(he)分(fen)配方式要盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)保證(zheng)(zheng)負(fu)載(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)配均勻(yun),盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)保證(zheng)(zheng)三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)平衡(heng),否(fou)則可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)由(you)于三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴重(zhong)不(bu)(bu)平衡(heng)造成(cheng)(cheng)在(zai)(zai)鎧狀(zhuang)鋼帶中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)交變感(gan)應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),造成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)熱。行車控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)KVVRC的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)并(bing)(bing)(bing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)對(dui)于各線(xian)路(lu)端部接(jie)線(xian)鼻(bi)子的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)松緊程度也(ye)要引(yin)起注意,因為使用(yong)(yong)(yong)并(bing)(bing)(bing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)負(fu)載(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)容(rong)量一(yi)般都比(bi)較大,其每(mei)公里的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻都在(zai)(zai)0以下(xia),如(ru)果在(zai)(zai)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)任何一(yi)端一(yi)旦(dan)出(chu)現(xian)線(xian)鼻(bi)子松動和(he)接(jie)觸不(bu)(bu)良現(xian)象,都會(hui)成(cheng)(cheng)倍增加線(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,造成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)配不(bu)(bu)均甚至旁路(lu)現(xian)象,這(zhe)樣就會(hui)造成(cheng)(cheng)并(bing)(bing)(bing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個別電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)產(chan)生(sheng)發(fa)熱現(xian)象,引(yin)發(fa)故障。
  
  同時可(ke)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)實際(ji)(ji)線路的(de)(de)導體電(dian)(dian)阻并不可(ke)能(neng)**,因(yin)此(ci)相同型號規(gui)格的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)纜在對電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)分配也不可(ke)能(neng)是平均分配,可(ke)能(neng)在電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)實際(ji)(ji)分配過程中可(ke)能(neng)還存在一定的(de)(de)差異。
  
  因此在多根單芯電纜(lan)的實際(ji)并聯使用過(guo)程中要根據(ju)其實際(ji)敷設情況進行(xing)校正,否(fou)則(ze)可能造成電纜(lan)并聯使用過(guo)程產生發(fa)熱(re)現象(xiang),影響電纜(lan)的正常使用。
